Quick and delicious. One of my favorite snacks while I’m teleworking!

Easy, fresh, salad.  I love tomatoes, I eat this for dinner sometimes when Nick is traveling. And say whatever you want about today’s tomatoes, if you buy farmer’s market tomatoes, they are so delicious you don’t need anything but a sprinkle of salt and pepper in order to enjoy them.

Chicken Wraps

Had some friends weigh in on Facebook to decide what I should make for dinner. In first place, this dinner was voted higher the week of Cinco de Mayo (no surprise, Americans will do anything to go Mexican)!  But, guilty as charged, I took a friend’s suggestion and turned our chicken wraps Latino!!

Just a few more delicious food items that we enjoyed in India before we go back to home cooked creations…
