These can be served as a starter, or if you grew up with a French influence, you may want to serve them as dessert!
Ingredients:
1 Package puff pastry small shells – usually comes in a package of 6
1 Package fresh figs (you’ll need at least 1 fig per person)
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps rosemary
3 Tbsp Kajmak cheese (a Serbian cheese that is salty, like a feta and easy to spread like a crumbly cream cheese)
2 Tbsp Creme fraiche
1 Tsp pepper (freshly cracked black pepper)
Serves 6
1. In your mortar and pestle grind together your rosemary and black pepper until they are a fine powder.
2. Follow the baking instructions for the puff pastries and cook them.
3. While the pastries are cooking, mix together your spices, honey, creme fraiche, and Kajmak cheese in a bowl.
4. Clean and cut your figs into quarters or slivers, depending on how much you have and how you’d like to decorate. I cut mine into quarters.
5. When the pastries have cooked, remove from oven, and turn oven to 250 degrees. Fill each pastry with the cheese mixture, do not overload, distribute evenly. Put the pastries back in for 2 minutes, or until you see that the cheese and cream have melted to be a liquid.
6. Remove from the oven, place your fresh figs on top and serve! You will probably want to serve with a knife and fork, it’s a bit gooey!

CAN YOU MAKE THIS FOR ME?!?!?!?!?!
