One of the most beautiful greens, swiss chard is my new favorite. My colleague and I were over at a farmer’s market, and she suggested I pick some up. Being a fan of all greens, I figured, why not? I will admit, this was my first time working with swiss chard, and I know it won’t be my last.
Having lived in the home of Chicken Paprikash, it has become one of my ultimate comfort foods. I’m sure my Hungarian friends have their grandma’s recipe or some special tricks that make this even better, but for now – here’s the simple American’s version.
These nuts can go on just about everything! They can be served as an appetizer or snack, and they can be added to salads, soups, and desserts!
