I was recently in the home of the Buffalo wing, and yes, I ate some. They were predictably delicious, as were many other things I managed to snack on while on the road.

Sushi yama
1 MayIs absolutely my favorite Japanese restaurant. If not for the quality of sushi and the affordablity – there is always excellent service. The owner, a very gentle, soft-spoken man, Mr. Kim, is always there working hard and keeping customers happy. He has become a friend, and always makes sure we are having a great time.
