My new favorite snack at Sushi Yama is – Chicken Yakisoba.

Is absolutely my favorite Japanese restaurant. If not for the quality of sushi and the affordablity – there is always excellent service. The owner, a very gentle, soft-spoken man, Mr. Kim, is always there working hard and keeping customers happy. He has become a friend, and always makes sure we are having a great time.
