I was recently in the home of the Buffalo wing, and yes, I ate some. They were predictably delicious, as were many other things I managed to snack on while on the road.

In Spokane

A mother daughter restaurant, one of two restaurants by the same duo in the Spokane area.
I enjoyed a salmon quiche with the largest beet salad I’ve ever seen. I kept turning to N saying, “Man, if we were in DC this baby would cost $12-15! I’ve never seen so many beets on a plate — and as a side salad?!? Wow.”
Austin Appreciation
30 NovIt’s been a crazy week. But one plus to my job is that I get to see America! For me, this basically translates into site seeing and eating.
Some of the meals I’ve enjoyed – fish & shrimp tacos at Gueros!
Not that I ate only seafood! There was also a binge meal at the famous Rudy’s. Disguised as a gas station, this place is a pretty incredible BBQ joint. Best brisket ever.
